This policy explains how subscription payments and cancellations work on OMISP. By starting a paid plan you confirm that you have read and accepted it. OMISP supplies the service; Dodo Payments acts as our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller and processes the transaction.
1. All Payments Are Final
Subscription payments to OMISP are non-refundable. This applies to every plan, monthly or annual, and to first payments as well as renewals. We do not refund unused time, partially used billing periods, periods during which you did not log in, plan downgrades, or amounts remaining after a cancellation. There is no trial-based money-back guarantee.
2. Why Access Is Sold This Way
Paid plans unlock immediate, fully digital access: diagnostics, AI analysis, scoring, investor discoverability and workspace tooling are delivered the moment payment clears and are consumed as soon as you use them. Because the value is delivered up front and cannot be returned, subscriptions are sold on a final-sale basis. Free access is available first so you can evaluate OMISP before paying.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your OMISP account. Cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your paid features until that date, and no refund is issued for the remainder of the period. If the in-app option is unavailable, email billing@omisp.com at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
4. Billing Corrections
The only payments we reverse are genuine billing errors: a duplicate charge for the same period, or a charge taken after a cancellation was completed correctly. Report these to billing@omisp.com within 30 days with the account email used at checkout. Approved corrections are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you dispute a legitimate charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us, we may immediately suspend or terminate the account and any associated workspaces, and we may decline future subscriptions. We will contest disputes with our records of your acceptance of these terms and your use of the service.
6. Statutory Rights and Provider Terms
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country. Where such rights apply, they are honoured. As Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments may also apply its own buyer terms to the transaction. Where Dodo Payments issues a refund it is not required to make, OMISP may recover that amount and end the related access.
7. Price Changes and Failed Payments
We may change plan prices; changes apply from your next renewal and we will tell you in advance. If a renewal payment fails, paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
